Ibovespa B3 faz mudança em 101 BDRs e reduz preço de entrada para investidores

A B3 (B3SA3) iniciou nesta segunda-feira (27) o ajuste de paridade de 101 BDRs de empresas estrangeiras para reduzir o preço unitário dos recibos e facilitar o acesso de investidores pessoa física a ativos internacionais.
A expectativa é que parte dos BDRs passe a ser negociada na faixa entre R$ 50 e R$ 100 por unidade. A implementação ocorrerá em quatro etapas: 27 de julho, 10 de agosto, 17 de agosto e 24 de agosto.
Entre os BDRs contemplados estão os de empresas como SAP (SAPP34), GE Aerospace (GEOO34), KLA (K1LA34), Trane Technologies (I1RP34), McKesson (M1CK34), Analog Devices (A1DI34), T-Mobile (T1MU34), Philip Morris (PHMO34), Parker-Hannifin (P1HC34) e The Progressive (P1GR34).
BDRs (Brazilian Depositary Receipts) são certificados negociados na B3 que representam ações de empresas listadas no exterior.
O ajuste de paridade altera a relação entre cada BDR e a ação original. Na prática, cada recibo passa a representar uma fração menor do ativo, reduzindo seu preço unitário, sem alterar o valor econômico da posição do investidor.
Para quem já possui esses BDRs em carteira, a mudança será realizada automaticamente por meio de um desdobramento nas datas previstas para cada etapa, mantendo a equivalência do investimento.
Segundo a B3, a negociação dos BDRs permanece inalterada e continuará sendo feita normalmente pelas corretoras.
